Tariff Surcharges

We would like to bring an important update regarding certain pre-orders to our customers' attention. Due to recent tariffs that the US has imposed on imports from China and other countries, there may be instances where an additional tariff surcharge will need to be applied closer to the release of the affected products and orders. Alternatively, we may need to cancel affected pre-orders and request that you place a new order with the newly adjusted prices.

Customers will be notified should this surcharge affect their pre-orders. If customers are not willing to pay additional amounts, order cancellation is also an option. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order. We sincerely appreciate our customers' understanding and continued support during these circumstances.

In response to these challenges, we are exploring both short-term and long-term solutions to mitigate potential cost increases for our customers, including alternative manufacturing options, such as relocating production for some items to Thailand. Therefore, some product pre-orders' details, including countries of manufacture and estimated release months, may also change before their actual releases.
