Shipping & Returns


We ship within the United States and abroad from our warehouse located in California. Shipping and handling costs depend on several factors including the size and weight of the item, and where the order is being sent. Your total shipping and handling fee will be identified prior to final checkout.

Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days to process (sorry, no delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO). Our preferred carriers are FedEx for domestic/Canada and USPS for international.

Once our packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for them, and the responsibility for the packages will be on the shippers (e.g. FedEx or USPS). We can file claims with the appropriate shipper for missing packages and damaged or missing contents. The decisions that the shippers make on filed claims will be reflected in our decisions on how these issues will be handled. Neither we nor the shipper are responsible for package thefts.

Shipping fee for international orders does not include customs duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer receiving the product.

Due to the complicated nature of estimating shipping costs, if the actual shipping cost to ship an order exceeds the shipping fee that the customer pays for an order, an additional shipping fee may be charged to the customer. Otherwise, part of or the entire order may need to be canceled.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

For damaged or defective products (domestic shipments only)

We can issue a full refund or product replacement within 14 days of the original delivery date under certain conditions. Returned items need to be inspected with the originally claimed issue verified before we can issue a refund or product replacement to be shipped out. Returned items that arrive at our warehouse with excessive damage due to improper packing will be subject to a damaged product fee of 10% of the product price. We are unable to offer a refund or product replacement after 14 days from the original delivery date. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to appear or exchange to be sent out.

For non-damaged and non-defective products (domestic shipments only)

We will issue a full refund if the product is unopened and in brand-new, sellable condition. All shipping and handling costs associated with non-damaged/defective refund requests are non-refundable. The costs of returning the item to our warehouse will be the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to offer any refunds after 14 days from the original delivery date. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to appear.

If your item was purchased from a retailer other than, please contact that retailer for a replacement or refund as soon as possible in alignment with that retailer's return/refund policy. We are unable to process requests to replace damaged products acquired through a third party, importer, or off the secondary market.

If your purchase was made from an authorized vendor, an account representative will work directly with the vendor to resolve your situation as quickly as possible.

If you encounter difficulty getting an appropriate response from your retailer, please email us your name, the name of the retail establishment, and the nature of the problem with your purchase.

For all products (domestic and international shipments)

Scratches, creases, blemishes, dents, and other imperfections of product packaging are not qualified for exchanges or refunds. If the integrity of the box gets crushed and affects the product, we can replace the item. Product packaging is meant to protect the inside product's contents, and if the packaging has imperfections that have no effect on the product or parts, the product will not be replaced. The customer may return and ask for a replacement at the customer’s own expense and at our discretion.

Due to the extremely limited nature of these products, we cannot guarantee that the item(s) can be replaced at the time of return or that damaged specific edition numbers can be replaced with the same number.

For ALL products shipped internationally

We do not offer refunds or replacements for international shipments. This policy is in place for several reasons:

  • International shipping can be unpredictable, and we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages once they leave our warehouse.
  • The cost of international shipping is often significantly higher than domestic shipping, and we cannot absorb the cost of reshipping or refunding international orders.
  • Due to the distance involved, international shipments are typically subject to greater wear and tear, increasing the likelihood of damage during transit.
  • If international shipments are subjected to customs exams, these are out of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages from these processes.
