When will I receive my in-stock order?

In-stock orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days from when the order was placed. During peak shipping times, in-stock orders may take longer to ship than this time frame.

 

When will I receive my pre-order?

Pre-Orders will be shipped as earliest as the expected release date or the updated manufacture release date, for more inquiries on releases, please contact support@beast-kingdom.us

 

Are payments required at the time of purchase?

For both in-stock and pre-orders, a 100% payment is required for an order to be processed.

 

How do I pay with via credit/debit card?

To pay by credit or debit card, at checkout, please choose Debit or Credit Card after choosing PayPal Express Checkout for the payment method. It is not necessary to log into PayPal to complete your order. Please note, however, that your payment will still be processed through PayPal if you pay with a debit or credit card.

 

Will all my pre-orders ship together?

Products will be shipped as they are released for customer satisfaction. Customers will not be charged extra for shipping. International orders are shipped all together or are subject to an additional charge if shipped separately.

 

Do you have international shipping?

International Shipping is available with tracking numbers. Please contact support@beast-kingdom.us prior to ordering if the item is time-sensitive.

 

How do I cancel an order?

All products except exclusives can be canceled at any time if they have not been shipped. For cancellations, please contact support@beast-kingdom.us.

 

How do I change the address on my order?

  • For existing orders: Please contact us at support@beast-kingdom.us to change your shipping/billing address for an existing order. It may be necessary to also change the address on your future orders (see For future orders). Please provide the following information:

  • For future orders: To change the default shipping/billing address on your account, please follow the below-provided steps.
    1. Log into your account
    2. Choose the Edit Address option under the respective address

My package arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement?

If an item arrives damaged, broken, or incomplete, please contact support@beast-kingdom.us with pictures of the issue and order number, and we will evaluate the damage and replace the item if necessary.

 

Are product packaging imperfections qualified for exchanges or refunds?

Scratches, creases, blemishes, dents, and other imperfections of product packaging are not qualified for exchanges or refunds. If the integrity of the box gets crushed and affects the product, we can replace the item. Product packaging is meant to protect the inside product's contents, and if the packaging has imperfections that have no effect on the product or parts, the product will not be replaced. The customer may return and ask for a replacement at the customer’s own expense and at our discretion.

 

How do I get my Egg Attack Floating product to float?

See the below-provided tutorial for general tips to get the product to float.

Ensure that the separately purchased USB-C adapter you're using is compatible with 12 volts, 2.5 amps, and has a maximum of 30 watts. Here are some sample search terms to use when searching for the adapter.

Before purchasing, ensure once again that the specific adapter of interest's output is compatible with 12V/2.5A 30W. You may see other pairings such as 5V/3A, 9V/3A,15V/2A, 20V/1.5A, but these should not be relevant as long as 12V/2.5A 30W is specified.

Ensure there is no magnetic interference with the product; check for any other hidden sources of magnetism around the product. Try moving the product to an entirely different surface.

Also, try plugging the product into an entirely different outlet to ensure a faulty outlet isn't being used.

 

How long can I leave my Egg Attack Floating product floating?

While there is no official maximum duration that you can have an Egg Attack Floating product floating at a time, a general rule of thumb is to only float the product during the day and take it off at night.

 

The metal name plaque on my Master Craft statue appears to be scratched. What can I do about this?

Your statue should have a protective film on the metal name plaque. Please carefully peel this film off to reveal the actual polished material.

 

I'm having difficulties fully inserting one or more parts together on my figure. How do I remedy this?

Due to the natural properties of these figures' materials, ambient temperatures can cause parts of the figures to slightly contract/expand and be more difficult to fully insert together. We suggest carefully using a hair dryer to heat any problematic parts until you feel they are warm and then try reinserting them. Refer to the videos below as examples.
