Eligibility:

   The MC-053 Steamboat Willie Master Craft Mickey Statue Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who subscribe to our newsletter. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The prize can only be shipped to a shipping address within the contiguous United States. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry:

   To enter the Giveaway, participants must subscribe to our newsletter through the official entry form provided on our website or designated platform and confirm their entry through the confirmation email sent to the provided email address. Only one entry per participant is allowed. Participants' provided emails will be used to send occasional promotional content, which can be opted out at any time.

Giveaway Period:

   The Giveaway begins on October 4th, 2023 12:00 AM PDT and ends on October 10th, 2023 11:59 PM PDT (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible for consideration.

Prize:

   One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will receive the MC-053 Steamboat Willie Master Craft Mickey Statue as the prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

Winner Selection:

   The winner will be selected in a random drawing held within seven (7) days after the end of the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by our team, and the selected winner will be notified via the email address provided during subscription to the newsletter.

Claiming the Prize:

   The selected winner must respond to the notification email within five (5) days of receiving it, confirming their acceptance of the prize and providing any required information for prize delivery. Failure to respond within the specified time frame may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. Participants should monitor for an email from the domain beast-kingdom.us for correspondence regarding the prize.

Delivery of Prize:

   The MC-053 Steamboat Willie Master Craft Mickey Statue will be delivered to the winner's provided mailing address at no cost to the winner. Should we, for any reason, be unable to ship the prize to the winner's provided shipping address, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.  Should the cost to ship the prize to the winner's shipping address exceed $100.00 USD,  the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions:

    - We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

    - We reserve the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

    - We are not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, website or platform malfunctions that may affect entry into the Giveaway.

    - We are not responsible for any defects or damages that may be associated with the prize.

    - We are not responsible if the prize is lost in transit to the winner’s shipping address.

    - The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
