Pre-Order Procedure
 
All items listed as Pre-order are pre-sale items prior to items arrival. Each item will be provided an estimated release date. Once an item is ordered and processed, the customer will receive a notification by email once the order has been submitted. When the item arrives at our warehouse and has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking information. For order details, please view the My Account section with the login credentials used while registering.
 
 
Arrival Dates
 
The expected release dates listed on all pre-order product pages are roughly estimated release dates and are not the actual arrival dates. Our team is dedicated to keeping the most updated dates possible, however, sometimes there are delays. If an item is time-sensitive, we advise contacting our customer service team before placing an order.
 
 
Fulfillment
 
Beast Kingdom Support Team dedicates to fulfill every order placed on the site, but there are rare cases when we are unable to fulfill an order. In such cases, our support team will cancel the order and an email will be sent out with a notice.
 
 
Cancellations
 
Any cancellation requests can be made prior to the order leaving our shipping facility. An order can be canceled by contacting support@beast-kingdom.us. Once a cancellation request is made, our customer service team will issue a full refund to the payment method the order was placed. An email will acknowledge the cancellation and a refund will be processed. Refunds will be visible on the customer’s account 2-5 business days after the cancellation has been made.
 
 
Exclusive Pre Orders
 
Any pre-orders on exclusive items are non-refundable and will be stated on the product page. Exclusive items are time-sensitive and available for a limited time. Customers placing orders on exclusives are suggested items are non-refundable before placing an order.
 
 
Price Change
 
In the event of any given circumstances, if Beast Kingdom has to make adjustments to the SRP, customers will be notified via email. In this rare circumstance, the customer has the option to either continue with their pre-order or request to cancel the order.
